When I want to know what a company does, I invariably go to Wikipedia which will have the answer in a sentence. I don’t go to the company website because I’ll be likely to find promises to solve broad business problems using state-of-the-art solutions that sound very technical and impressively complicated, but that don’t provide exactly what the company does, and that jargon feels exhausting. Graphic design agencies are particularly bad about this; they tend to be excellent at targeting the right audience for client projects, but not so much when it comes to marketing themselves. Therefore, it was extremely important to me when we updated our website, to describe ourselves with clarity so that people don’t have to be immersed in the industry to understand what it is we do.

Now the hiccup here is, what is sleep-well project management? I’m here to talk about it, and it’s a topic that is very dear to my heart. There are lots of articles available about how important project management is and best practices for doing it right, so I don’t need to go into that. I’ll simply explain why we confidently offer “sleep-well project management” as a service. And no, I’m not going to coin a new as-a-service abbreviation (which would be SWPMAAS, if you’re curious).
